These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and M. Tate Consulting Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," "us"), a Florida-based business consulting company.

By visiting our website at https://mtateconsulting.com, purchasing a product or program, or engaging with our services in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

M. Tate Consulting Inc. provides faith-based business strategy coaching, consulting, digital products, and educational programs for Christian entrepreneurs — particularly women in the startup phase of business.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, program, or product at any time with reasonable notice.

To use our Website and purchase services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or purchasing.

Our services are intended for individuals located in the United States. International access is permitted but we make no representations that the content is appropriate or available outside the US.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is always displayed on our Website at the time of purchase.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Where payment plans are offered, you agree to the full payment schedule at the time of enrollment. Failure to complete a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid and may result in loss of access to the program or product.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase. We will collect sales tax where required by law.

All digital product sales (workbooks, journals, templates, courses) are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.

For group or one-on-one coaching programs, refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 3 business days of enrollment and before any session has taken place. No refunds will be issued after sessions begin.

We reserve the right to grant refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We are committed to providing valuable, Godly business strategy content. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results. Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Testimonials shared on our Website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

For live programs, coaching calls, and group sessions, you are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions are generally not refunded or made up unless otherwise specified in your program agreement.

Coaching appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may count as a used session at our discretion.

In group settings, you agree to keep confidential any personal information shared by other participants. This is a safe, faith-centered community and mutual respect is required of all members.

All content on this Website and within our programs and products — including but not limited to the TCBT Framework™, course materials, workbooks, graphics, videos, written content, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of M. Tate Consulting Inc. and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.

• Use purchased materials for your own personal business development.
• Reference our publicly shared content with clear attribution to M. Tate Consulting Inc.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our materials without written permission.
• Share course logins or program access with others not enrolled.
• Use our frameworks, brand name, or content to create competing products or services.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

When participating in our community, programs, or using our Website, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with our faith-centered values. You agree not to:

• Harass, intimidate, or demean other community members or our team.
• Share false, misleading, or defamatory information about our Company or programs.
• Engage in spam, solicitation, or unauthorized advertising within our community spaces.

We reserve the right to remove any user from our programs, community, or Website for conduct violations without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M. Tate Consulting Inc., its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of your use of or inability to use our services or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M. Tate Consulting Inc. and its owner, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
